After two and a half years of intensive remote training, far too many virtual learning environments rely on lecture, with participants accustomed to turning off their cameras and half their brains.
Turning this around and changing remote learning culture is our charge as Keller Williams University instructors, trainers, and facilitators.
In this 2-hour workshop, we will cover the basics of creating an effective and engaging learning experience for participants when teaching virtually. This course is intended for any instructor looking to develop their training skills in distance learning environments, and current KWU Faculty who want to refresh their skills base.
